Critical: QualityStylist stated she could do the service I was asking for, even though I said if she couldn’t to just say so. I reiterated to her about 5 times what I did not want and that is what I got yellow, patchy highlights with demarcation lines. You can she where they just bled all in the back of my head. She only tried with the front and top of my hair. The rest is a total mess. I talked to her about it and of course it’s my shampoo and basically demarcation lines are sometimes “inevitable ” which that’s possible but my problem is that she chose to leave it that way since it was hidden where I couldn’t see it. Then she wants to fix it with toner? Tahlor and her team are amazing. Tahlor and Cassidy have both done my hair. They are honest and won’t do anything to ruin your hair. I’ve been to salons like that. They really do care.
