I am very very very satisfied with this place! Where to begin? They do an amazing job. My appointment was at 2 and they were ready to help at that exact time. No waiting(even though I wouldn’t mind). It was my first time going there and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. A special recognition to Kendall who cut my hair. She did such a great job, she really took her time to detail the cut and make sure it looked good, not mention I have been getting compliments on my hair non-stop. If you are looking for a great haircut THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! On a side note, they sell good hair products and also awesome natural skin care products!

Good luck! I made an appointment here, and the person working the phones said it would be 2 weeks out, I said that’s fine, so I waited. I start driving to my appointment, on the correct date at the correct time, and as soon as I pull up I get a call that my stylist is sick and they’re going to have to reschedule. I was expecting something within the next couple of days, but nope. Another two weeks out. THEN, I get a call AGAIN, roughly 10 min before the appointment that my stylist is sick. They schedule me out ANOTHER two weeks! How is this a six week long process?! Are there literally NO openings with any of your several stylists within a week? Especially after six damn weeks of being toyed with!

I actually really like this salon but gave the 2 star review for my frustrations on trying to schedule an appointment. My appointment (made 6 weeks in advance) for hair color was cancelled but it was ridiculously difficult to get in touch with anyone to reschedule. I did receive one return phone call but missed it. I left at least 3 messages trying to make a new appointment. I guess they don’t need the business. I decided to try another salon recommended by a friend.

Kim has been cutting my hair for several years, and I can’t say enough about how well she does. She always massages my scalp before washing hair, and takes her time cutting to get it just right. I wish I had her abilities at styling, as she makes my hair look great every time. The atmosphere is calm and the facility is clean and uncluttered.

I went to this salon for a Brazilian Blowout so my hair would look nice for a trip I’m taking. The treatment is supposed to make your hair smoothe and shiny, will less curl and frizz. My hair is naturally dry, frizzy, and very curly in spots, so this sounded great. It was initially a very pleasant experience and my hair looked great. Hence the two stars instead of one.
