Checked their scheduling website, happily found availability in 45 minutes, so signed up. 15 minutes later got appointment reminder text message. Scooted out the door, to arrive a few minutes early. Only to be told my barber had family emergency. Those things can happen. But why not let me know, rather than send auto reminder text messages. Maybe good business, but systems do not serve customer.

Dani did such an amazing job with my haircut. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she responds “oh that’s easy” and gave me exactly what I wanted!! I go to Dani, been two or three times so far and easily the best experience for me. It’s not like the very first haircut I got from her was my favorite haircut ever, but it was the most technical while being at lightning speed, and this is not my first real barbershop with experienced barbers who know what they’re doing. If you’re someone with a slightly unique haircut, you know it takes a time or two to get to know a barber, them to get to know you, see your style, what you like, and of course I also did a better job describing what I wanted after getting to know her, so it’s a two way street, a partnership if you will.
