Love this shop begin coming here for about a year now. Great vibe and atmosphere. Prices are great. OTIS has been cutting my son’s hair does a great job every time. Barbers talk and interact with customers making them feel very welcomed. I would highly recommended this shop.

One day after cutting my hair short. I needed a barber fast. I walked in the shop without a appointment and Big Tone. Hooked me up. Unfortunately some people can’t really cut women hair and keep the softness we need. He listened to what I wanted and went right to it. I recieved plenty of compliments at are family gathering. I would recommend him to anyone. Wonderful atmosphere and very kid friendly aswell.

Great shop where everyone is treated like family. It does get busy but that is a testament to the quality of work being completed. As a regular, I take my nephew there and he’s completely at ease when getting his hair cut. My friends have also patronized and continue to go back.

Been taking my boys to Junior’s Barbershop for about two years. The shop is very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The barbers are very friendly and respectful. The barbers honor appointments and accept walk ins. The barbers work is amazing. I can speak for all of them because my children have chair hop( lol). My boys enjoy going because of the game system and the free hair perks(i.e. picks, brush). They open on time and have late days.

This location has exceptionally professional barbers, this barbershop is clean with music and TVs. The barbershop has a play area for children. Me and my son get haircuts here, my wife watches our son while I get a fade, she’s awesome.

My son and boyfriend go here all the time and they love it. Prices are good and the atmosphere here is always great. Recommended it to my brother and his boys and they go there now to. I’ve been to several around town and this is definitely the best in the one. All the barbers are good but Otis is my favorite.

they charged every other person who got a hair cut 12 dollars but charged my husband 20 a piece for my boys . than they were there first ones there yet 4 other people walked in and got seen before my boys . my kids are mixed and my husband is white… we tried a new shop that would take care and do a great job on my boys hair since it’s a different texture than mine or my husbands. awfully funny the only white guy in the place gets charged 20 dollars a cut while 5 other African American patrons were charged 12 dollars a piece . . First time there and never will be back that’s not how you run a business. color of skin aside . your business gave horrible service , made my children wait 40 min for a hair cut when they were there first . if anyone knows of a barbershop that doesn’t care what color your skin is and treats all patrons equal and does a good job please let me know . what a dissapointment you and your company are

Juniors Barbershop has been in the Essex location for many years catering to all no matter your ethnicity. Having nephews who are interracial that also get their haircuts here with no customer service complaints or pricing for that matter speaks volumes. ALL are getting the same treatment and service, some have appointments and some are walk-ins, as is the case with the majority of beauty and barbershop services, 101. I will continue to patronize Juniors Barbershop, as will my friends and family, and hope you will too.
