Ive always had a great experience with junior clips up until today when “Rebecca” took care of us. We showed her a picture of the haircut my son wanted and said she could do it. My son has been growing out his hair for 6 months for this haircut. She did a horrible job!! Nothing like the picture and she just kept cutting shorter and shorter. I asked her stop making it shorter and she replied with an attitude “I’m not making it shorter”yet she’s still cutting, at this point I asked her to stop cutting his hair. My son look very unhappy and i told her she did not do the haircut we asked for.The manager took over and asked if she could fix it but she couldn’t cause she would have to cut it shorter!! I did not pay for the haircut and next time I come back I will make sure it is not “Rebecca” so parents of you can avoid her at all costs.
