I came into Jungle Nail for a dip fill Easter themed look. They came out gorgeous. I love the length and color. The technician I went to was Jenny. Very cautious to detail, great personality, made sure I was satisfied with every step she took to ensure I left the salon feeling great, and I did. I highly recommend the salon, I even more so recommend Jenny. Will always go to her for all my nail needs.

I have been going there for a while and they do a good job with my dip but the last time I went the nail tech did a terrible terrible job. I expressed that I didn’t like them and showed her a picture of what I asked for many times but she got mad at me for asking her to fix them. Another tech took over to finish them and she started chipping the powder here and there and kept doing without fixing them. Two days later they started catching on to everything I touch and my real nails under them started chipping! I’m never ever going back!

Went to get a dipping powder manicure on Thursday, paid $45 plus a $15 tip, not even 4 days later 5 of my 10 nails had fallen off. I called asking to get this repaired..I went in and they charged me $37 to fix it… which I would’ve understood if it had been 3 weeks..not 4 days. Won’t be back, could not be more dissatisfied.

Had my nails done with the American flag. Lovely woman did it free hand. Amazing job. Went the next day to the Freeport Flag Ladies last stand on September 11th. I had so many people take pictures of my nails. The next two days I was recognized by my nails. Former Governor LePage and General Libby loved them when I showed them off.

they did a terrible job!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! all my nails were crooked and the guy broke one while trying to do my other nails and he put that same nail back on. they all fell off in under a weeks worth! this is a bad place to go! they didn’t give me a refund when i called to get my money back they said “ we can’t do anything about it because they fell off that’s never happened before” so they aren’t able to refund. this place is terrible! DO NOT GO HERE

Went here for the first time and got a mani/pedi. The pedicure was fine but my tech needed a lot of guidance by the other employees in terms or color and “what comes next”. During the manicure he cut my cuticles in a couple different spots & I bled. I didn’t say anything because it seemed he was newer, and I tipped decently because it’s the holidays. I won’t be back as it seems not getting cut during a manicure should be standard expectations. ♀️
