Critical: QualityWent in for a filling. Turned out awful. First of all, he drilled INTO MY NAIL while taking off my previous manicure. Like, a spot of my nail is gone and there was blood. The actual acrylic is so uneven which shows through once the polish is on. I asked for a matte topcoat and all the edges of my nails were still glossy. When I pointed that out he fixed 2 nails and said that he didn’t have more matte top coat. The polish itself was applied poorly and has uneven coverage. Went in for a filling. Turned out awful. First of all, he drilled INTO MY NAIL while taking off my previous manicure. Like, a spot of my nail is gone and there was blood. This nail salon is a scam. I got a $50 gift certificate as a gift and because it was purchased over a year ago they would not accept it. Many people weren’t getting their nails done in a global pandemic so I don’t see how this is fair. Also the person who purchased this for me already paid them $50 so how does that money just expire after a year. Very unhappy and will never get my nails done here again. Will also tell my family who goes here to not go back. Find somewhere else worth your money.
