I wasn’t sure if I should leave a review or not because my nail technician was a very nice lady who tried her best. I decided to leave the review because it’s not fair that customers should pay good money to have their nails done by someone who is not ready to be providing that service. She said she graduated from school last summer, but based on her skill level, I’m not sure how she could be licensed. I’m attaching a photo so that you can see what I mean. I had to make an appointment the next day to have my nails redone, and they had to start from scratch because there was nothing they could salvage. I hope her skills improve, but she really shouldn’t be working on clients until she has more practice.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism‼️‼️I had the WORST experience here. I came in and was told to come back at 5pm, it was 5:30pm and the lady still hadn’t started. She clumped gel on my nails in 30 minutes and said she had to go pick her car up at 6pm and left my nails lumpy and unfinished. I called to speak to the owner and was hung up on, and refused my money back. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I had the WORST experience here. Was not happy. Went here because my usual place was booked. I had some broken and lifting and couldn’t wait. Instead of fixing one that still was intact she just put superglue on it. It snapped already. Lasted a couple days. My nails are crooked. And the one that fully broke has a tip on that is very crooked. Also gel colors to choose from that I was given, was very limited. Also had to fix my nails when I got home, as there was gel polish on my fingers in the creases omy nails and fingers. I went once a long time ago and never went back… wish that I had just waited for my usual place. I don’t think my nails will make it very far at this rate.

My cousin recently had her nails done here. Her experience was awful. They not only did a horrible job but they charged her twice. They are refusing to fix them & give her money back. I don’t know about you but these are highly unprofessional nails. These are so bad I wouldn’t pay a 1.00 for them. I think it is awful that they are ripping her off.

She took me in at the last appointment and stayed late to finish. They are wonderful sweet people with kind hearts. They did a beautiful job on mine and my daughters toes. The paint on my daughter’s didn’t last as long as mine but she goes barefoot outside so maybe next time we’ll get gel.

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter with jumy nails, got there but they scheduled the wrong time. Didn’t offer any options to come back at another time. This nail salon has very poor customer service both with scheduling and providing an alternative to the solution for their mistake. Won’t use or refer them in the future. Gel manicures

I absolutely love this place! I took my niece to Jumy Nails for her 10th birthday. It was her first time ever getting her nails done. We were treated with respect and the staff was very friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my visit. Both mine and my niece’s nails look so beautiful. I will definitely return in the future.
