Call to make an appt. Ended up making an appt with Sol for the next morning. She insisted I pay $30 to make the appt in case I didn’t show up. I showed up, but she didn’t. I got there a bit before 10am and nothing. The salon was closed! I texted Sol. No response. I called her. She said I’m almost there. Not even an attempt of an apology. Almost there, she said. Ended up waiting for her to come and open her business for 40 mnts. She shows up, parks, unloads her whiney toddler, but doesn’t even say good morning. I even had to hold the door open for her! Meanwhile, her kid won’t stop calling her. She turned on the TV for the girl. Eventually, she stayed quite. Finally, I could talk to the woman about my hair needs. She wanted to charge me as if she’d served me wine. I told her it was pricy and she was late. She said I needed to practice tolerance. I asked her to give me my $30 and got out! She NEVER even cared her customer was outside her salon waiting on her. Sol is a mess and has an attitude. She’s crazy!!

I visited this salon probably a month ago, and the one older lady (sorry I didn’t get her name), but she did a fabulous job with my hair. I asked for layers and she laid my hair out. I can’t tell you how many compliments that I got from her cut. She get 2 thumbs up from me. I am going back today for another cut.

This place is racist took my daughter to get her hair done they said they were packed customers were not there yet we asked if we can wait to see if somebody canceled then they said no but they had too much going on couldn’t take anybody else in believe that they did not want to tell us because were black they didn’t want to do our hair
