I came here for the first time and all was great until I was sitting down getting my pedicure i noticed the color looked globby and the lady attending me with my pedicure seem to looked passed me while talking, I asked another lady who worked there to explain the situation, I ended up changing my color instead and waiting around for someone to finish my nails I was bounced from chair to chair and I kept hearing the owner was not in, I would really like to speak to who ever is in charge!! I have been getting my nails done for over 15 yrs and I have never felt so disrespected at a place where I’m supposed to go relax and enjoy myself

Stopped in here for a manicure and gel polish. Didn’t really feel like I got a manicure, just my nails painted poorly and my cuticles “trimmed”. She actually nicked my finger and didn’t say a thing. Gel started peeling the next day. Won’t be back.

I stopped by for a quick cut and polish on my toes. The gel polish was not smooth but bumpy. They didn’t properly cut my nails either. I asked for a diamond and she didn’t hear .e. I went without but the polish is already coming off and I’ve only had them polished for a few days….. Pedicure

WOEST experience yet. I waited outside for 5 minutes after open, once I was let in they sat two girls and myself down turned their water on but left mine off and sitting for 10 minutes before start. I didn’t say anything, showed them a picture of what I wanted they said okay it’ll be $35 I said okay. They started and didn’t get the right pedicure, second by the finish product they said like this I said you used the complete wrong color they said because it’ll look better … I don’t understand how someone can choose a color for you without asking me especially because I showed them and told them what color exact. I was SO frustrated I said okay can we pay so I went up to pay and how did $35 pedicure end up being a $65 pedicure.. MAKES NO SENSE. Ladies do not I mean DO NOT waste your time here! ABSOLUTELY FKN R U D E!!!

I went in without an appointment to ask if they’ll take me as a walk in for a fullset. At first it was no and asked if I could come back later. I wasn’t able to go back later and said I’ll would try another place, then they offered for me to wait just in case the next appointment didn’t show up. I opted to wait outside since two other women were already waiting inside. A few minutes later I was asked to go inside. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I was looking to get and she did a great job. It was the first time getting ombre nails. I will definitely be going back when it’s time for a fill but I’ll make sure to schedule an appointment.

Julie’s, was just great ! Nice atmosphere, clean, face mask on, and it’s best to be a little more professional and book an appointment. Booths fill up very fast, workers work diligently, and the service was friendly, welcoming, and please always leave a “relaxed tip”. It was really worth it ! Thank you, Julie’s ………….Chow!
