Highly unprofessional place, never come here. Made a appointment for 6:30, I show up and then we wait a additional 20 minutes with nobody greeting us, 20 minutes later Michael tells me that I need to wait a additional 30 minutes because he scheduled someone at the same time as me, I asked him to explain to me why and he put his hand up and told me that he didn’t have time to explain to me as if i was completely unimportant while also being rude to my sister and accusing her of lying. I walked out and never got my nails done. NEVER come to this place unless you want to be treated with complete disrespect. Michael was completely disrespectful and doesn’t know how to treat customers. be careful

I used to like this place but it has seriously gone downhill. The last time I went in to get my nails done, my acrylics were SUPER thick and the shape was inconsistent, nails were different lengths, etc. It felt like the guy was rushing despite the fact that they were not busy at all. And after seeing the other bad reviews, I can see why. Will not be coming back.

Saturday was my first time at Julie’s Nails and I had a great experience. First, I got there about 6:40pm and they closed at 7pm. The staff was friendly they took me right away. Second, they didn’t rush with me at all. I got a pedicure and a no chip manicure. Hannah did my pedicure and Luc did my manicure. I will be back in a couple weeks!

Well. I tried again to solicit this business today. Very poor customer service from the mother. Nasty and unfriendly for no reason. Younger staff members are a bit friendlier and did apologize for older woman’s rudeness. Will try other salons.
