Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGreat experience ! Today was “national shoot up the school” so my 7 yearolds school was closed for there safety. So I took her to get her nails and feet done. We was on our way to Fiji . And on the way saw Julies Nails and just had to try it since they had openings ! And when I say it was great it was great ! If I had more cash I would’ve tipped them $20 each . Great $170 spent ! Definitely going there for now on !Services: Foot massages, Manicure, PedicureGreat experience ! Great experience ! Today was “national shoot up the school” so my 7 yearolds school was closed for there safety. So I took her to get her nails and feet done. We was on our way to Fiji . And on the way saw Julies Nails and just had to try it since they had openings ! And when I say it was great it was great ! If I had more cash I would’ve tipped them $20 each . Great $170 spent ! I love Julie’s Nails. Quick and efficient service by skilled nail techs. The deluxe pedicure is the best!. It leaves your feet feeling like you could dance all week. Also try the dip nail process…its better than gel and lasts longer.

Or maybe she tripled booked who knows. no apology for my wait or even the curiosity to give me a wait time. I would have appreciated if they started the take down process since I wanted to get a take down and full set but nothing. She proceeds to do a full set on someone else. While I waited patiently. Never have Come to a place with terrible service especially being a paying customer. They don’t value your time or their client. I won’t recommend this place due to the fact that I was overlooked with an appointment. DISGRACEFUL TO THE MAX!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. This nail salon does not value business at all. I was a 6-1/2 year very loyal customer. My daughter-in-law had an expired gift certificate that she was unable to use because of extenuating circumstances. There was job loss involved, car problems, three young kids and babysitter challenges. The owner, Van, refused to do anything for my daughter-in-law even though I am a loyal customer. In essence, Van stole the money from me that was used to purchase that gift certificate. I have been to four other salons who say they would not have done that to me. One thinks what Van did to me and my daughter-in-law is a disgrace. I will find a new salon – one who values my business. If you are a current customer, RUN, as she will screw you one way or another.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Honestly, it was the worse of the worse nail salons. The owner allowed her kids to run around eating around the customers in an already tight space. The colors were limited and the in honestly not satisfied with my nails. But to too if off the owners credit card machine was not working, so she tried to say my card was broke, that I was broke and my card was declining rather then admitting she can’t take cards because her machine kept time out like the receipts were saying she refused to give me my card back and saying that we can’t leave to go to the atm. I had to call the police on her just to go to the atm because she was walking around showing other customers my receipt and card and trying to keep my baby sister in the store. Please don’t go to this shop, they are rude, problematic and racist.

As of this review, I’ve been going to Julie’s Nails for over 5 years and I’ve had no issues (besides the accidental skin-clipping on my 2nd visit years ago). I’ve tried other spots, however Julie’s Nails is still the best manicure joint close to my gym, so I’m a “regular”. Almost every time, I get just a manicure, though I have had a few pedicures there as well. Walk-ins are welcome, but it’s best to call ahead (even if it’s 30-60 minutes ahead). The ladies seem nice, talky, and friendly to me… though lately it seems we have run out of things to talk about, so during my more recent visits, the yakking has been minimal. Their English is fairly broken, but they can hold decent conversations. Sometimes the ladies go out of their way to accommodate me, though sometimes they are very busy and I have to come back later. Either way I always tip well. I’d say give this spot a shot!
