Lukas is AMAZING he did my nails and then my boyfriend engaged couldn’t be more happy with the results. I needed perfect nails and God did he do AWESOME.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a ice cold pedicure. the lady sprayed water on me multiple times after not correctly putting on the plug. I paid extra for services I was not informed on and was yelled at after when I was just asking for clarification. I was charged for things I have NEVER been charged for. I was not asked how I wanted my nails painted or the placement of the designs. The people working here seem very aggressive. I was burned and my cuticles bleed multiple times because of how much force he was using. I jumped and winced in pain MULTIPLE TIMES to where I jerked my hand away from him. I paid for 45 minute pedicure that was finished in 20. I have been going to salons for 8 years and this is by far THE WORST I have been to. The ice cold pedicure was what really sent me. I asked multiple times if I could get it not even hot but warm and was told no. I did not get the full services I paid for. I was told to come here because of the cheap pedicure prices and I see why. I would not come here especially to practically be harassed because I am expecting quality services. My cuticles are absolutely ruined. Also, my nail broke the next day and was again, shouted at that I should have called when I called 45 minutes ahead of time. Very unprofessional, very rude. I am definitely going else where. I was also stood over, cornered in as if I was going to leave without paying.You get what you pay for. Don’t come here. I called at 2:15 ok to get ONE nail repair from where it was halfway done two days ago. I was told it would be 15 minutes here it is 3:23 and I am still waiting. When I was asked how much I will be paying for my nail repair I was told by the manager “can I talk?“. Extremely unprofessional all around.
