By far my favorite place to get my nails done so an AMAZING JOB I’ve gotten my nails done by many of the employees and never had an issue. I even waited two months from my nails from school just to get them done by Julie’s. Great prices, and service. I really hate to even think of leaving negative reviews for any business especially during covid times but by far this is the worst nail service experience I’ve ever had. Seriously should’ve trusted the reviews because the customer service is awful when dealing with a situation. I got regular polish as opposed to gel polish because I saw a lady walk out of there with a globby gel finish on her toes and did not want to risk the outcome which I’m glad I avoided because these pictures are fresh out of the salon after waiting 15mins for them to dry. While I was drying I expressed to the nail tech that he painted my actual fingers and if he can provide me with a little acetone and he proceeded to use a nail file to remove the polish off my finger tips resulting in the disfiguration of the paint on my nails. When I pointed that out he just loaded on more top coat and it made it worse. At that point I was uncomfortable and eager to leave. DO NOT invest in yourself here, it will leave you feeling unsatisfied and disappointed in yourself for spending your hard earned money there.

Love their spa pedicure. They massage longer, hot stone comes with regulars pedicure as well but a little longer with the spa package. Mary is the best highly recommend seeing her she takes her time has the best personality and is very personable.

I have been going to Julie’s Skincare and Nail Spa for ten years. They are the nicest people and are very accommodating! The salon is gorgeous and clean. It’s a very relaxing Zen place. All the girls are so calm and professional. ..never any gossiping. Katie is fabulous at acrylic fills and Tina is a really great pedicurist. They are all good, but I like to stick to the same girls out of respect and loyalty. They treat me like one of their own. It’s my favorite thing to do to go to this salon. There is nothing like getting your nails done for yourself. It really releases the stress of your life. I highly recommend Julie’s. The new owner, Ana, is so sweet and kind. She has made some improvements to the salon like adding a another tv, etc. It shows that she cares about her salon. As far as some reviews complaining about having to wait…well, you have to wait at the doctors, etc . I used to own a nail salon and let me tell you, it’s REALLY hard to run smoothly all the time. There are a lot of reasons that can put you behind. These poor girls work so hard, they hardly have time to eat. If you see them “disappear” like one review said, it’s because they are trying to woof down some food. These girls don’t even get vacations or sick days. We are so lucky in America to be able to get this service. You could be living in a country with no water. Be happy and grateful.

If you are looking for quality customer service and a prompt appointment, it would be best to skip over Julie’s Advanced Skin Care & Nails. After going to Julie’s, I am convinced that appointment times are merely suggestions, as I had a pedicure arranged for 6 pm and was not seen until 6:25 pm. If they were running late one evening, I would’ve understood, but this has happened on multiple occasions and frankly, I am extremely tired of it. Before my appointment I called and asked if it would be alright to come in a bit later as I understand how late they can be, however I was told that if I did not show up on time my appointment would be canceled. This confused me because when I arrived at the salon I was told to sit in the waiting area for a little while (25 minutes). When I was finally called in, they did not apologize to me ONCE or give any reasonable explanation for their lateness. It would be safe to assume that I will not be coming back to Julie’s Nails and fervently urge others to avoid this salon.

Myself and a friend visiting from Canada called Julie’s @ 5 pm on a Friday evening to get an appointment for a Pedicure for that night or on Saturday. The women whom answered hesitated a few moments and then gave both of us an appointment that night at 7 pm. When we arrived we discovered that the salon hours were posted 9 am to-7 pm. They knew they were too busy on Saturday and so they went out of their way to accommodate us. The foot care and leg massage was very relaxing and thorough and we never felt rushed. The technicians were enthusiastic, friendly and smiling throughout the entire treatment even after a ten hour shift. Thank you ladies for your patience and professionalism. We recommend you highly. Julie’s nails does a great job with manicures, pedicures, and waxing. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I have never had a chipped manicure or pedicure – everything always looks perfect for weeks – actually my pedicures usually last over a month! Amazing nail salon.

It’s unfortunate i had to stop going to the salon. I would make appointments and would have to wait, sometimes 1/2 hour to see someone. What’s the point in making an appointment if you can’t be seen the time that you make it. I understand if someone’s running 5 or 10 minutes behind schedule. Really really bad customer service! Absolutely no consideration of your time. I would call ahead to see if they were running late or ask them to give me a quick call if they were running behind; no worries if that were the case, and I would still have to wait. Ridiculous!
