I’ve helped people with Neck and Back Pain, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Post Cancer, MS, etc. I’ve also helped countless people to Reduce Stress, to Sleep Better, and to just Feel Good! I believe in empowering people to make their own informed decisions about their lives and health. We all are doing the best we can with the information we have at hand and are works in progress!
