Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had the worst experience ever. The experience started off bad when I called to inquire about the price of the massage, representative didn’t even know about the specials they had listed on their website. She stated that I must have the wrong website, and so I came in (admittedly) just to prove I had the right place. I showed her the website, and she still called her manager to confirm the prices. I was very desperate and in some pain from moving, so once she confirmed the price, I agreed to get the massage. The facility seemed clean, but very low lighting, and not in the serene kind of way. The massage itself was decent but she didn’t wear her mask, and so I had to lay down with mine on, and it was hard to breath. Once the massage was over, she seemed to perk up because she made a big show of how tired she was, how she was sweating, and how “I’d better tip good.” I tip pretty well for any service, but this was very disrespectful to say especially before I’ve even finished getting dressed. She then asked how much for the tip, and I said I didn’t have any cash, and she could run my card. (Side-note: there is a 2 dollar surcharge on all card transactions) I told her run the card for 10, and she gasped! She said that she “gave” me 60mins which is what I paid for, and then she said she was poor and needed money.
