I’m a little disappointed. I’ve been coming here for years with no complaints. I was there at 9am cause I needed my feet done going out of town soon. They were closed. So I left and went home and now it’s almost 1030 and they’re still not open. What the heck! I work 12hr nights and don’t have alot of time during the day to get things done! I’m upset. Now I have to find some other place to go!

It’s so hard to find a ace that takes pride in their work. Unfortunately this place is like many others I’ve been to. I sat down to have my pedicure dry under their fans/table and noticed that the clear coat he used on my toes was drying clumpy and wavy like the nail polish was old, too thick. I didn’t have time to have him redo all ten toes so I just left. But that shouldn’t be something anyone should have to worry about especially have a so called professional that your paying to do your nails. Not to mention that the paint on my two big toes was fading/chipping off ONE day later, and I sat at home all day so its nothing I did.

They were very nice and even took my friend and me as walk ins. But unfortunately our no-chip gel manicures started chipping and cracking not even a day after we got them done! Of all the gel manicures I have ever had, this has never happened before. The polish almost looked old so it was cracking right off my nails. I called them and they said they would fix them but after reading all of the horrible reviews of how they charge you again anyway, I decided not to go back. Instead, I fixed my own nails and I’m out 35 bucks.

This place is the must horrible nail salon I have ever used, the guy cut my finger , nail polish was dry and he didn’t care , the design was $10 dls more and was horrible worse than a kindergarten kid doing lines , my nail were so thick and uneven, I paid just because i had to paid but the same day I went to an other salon to get my nails fixed… never come back or recommend

Our visit the day before Thanksgiving was at first wonderful. They took me and my daughter as a last minute walk in. Very nice. The girl who did our nails was pleasant and though she didn’t file my nails very well or give a good hand massage, I didn’t mind. I was thankful they took us as a walk in.

I went to this facility before and I actually enjoyed them and their services. But then I wanted to go again, called to see when they were closing. I was told 7, when on the website they close at 7:30pm. Once I got there, they were walking out of the door after I told them that I would be on my way. So they were going to leave KNOWING that I was coming. The male worker/owner/whoever stated that they took their last patient at 6:30 and had a dinner to go to. So they did not want to do my services. If you will be closing sooner than your scheduled time, that should be known online so people will not have to bother to get services and anything thats done on personal time would not be interrupted either.

Charged me $60. I noticed every time I put my fingers through my hair, my hair would get stuck in between the real nail & dip. It become extremely irritating. I got my nails done Saturday morning & removed them Wednesday. I received a dip full set. She rushed to do my nails, didn’t cover my entire nail with dip and when I pointed this out to her she said it was suppose to be like that. Charged me $60. I noticed every time I put my fingers through my hair, my hair would get stuck in between the real nail & dip. It become extremely irritating.
