Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible I had to finish filing on my own. 80% angle that looks fine to the lady who did my nails. My kid can do better job. Filed so short that it’s bleeding under my nails. Cut me few times. Acrylic all over my cuticles. $42 charge +tip. I will have to go and get it redone asap. it heards and it’s ugly. Horrible.I think they under new owner. or just careless. Need to check in the lady who did my nails even have a lisence. Julie was wonderful and understanding as I had broken 4ish nails and she helped tremendously! I had a bad experience at a nail place previously and Julie made sure to accompany my needs! Came to write this review once I got home. Julie was wonderful and understanding as I had broken 4ish nails and she helped tremendously! I had a bad experience at a nail place previously and Julie made sure to accompany my needs! This is my new place to go get my nails done once they get healed 🙂 I felt super comfortable and welcomed! The prices are super affordable!

Positive: QualityI happened to be in the area and had a hour to spare and after reading the reviews for Julie Nails I thought I’d give it a try! Best choice ever! The ladies here are so kind and do wonderful work! Anne was so sweet and took great care of my feet and legs while I had the sugar pedicure done! The color I chose ended up being too light so Anne recommended using another color as the base and put the shiny color I chose on top, it was perfect!! I couldn’t be happier with my pedicure and the salon is beautiful, clean and they had Game of Games on for the customers to watch which I love! I happened to be in the area and had a hour to spare and after reading the reviews for Julie Nails I thought I’d give it a try! Best choice ever! The ladies here are so kind and do wonderful work! Anne was so sweet and took great care of my feet and legs while I had the sugar pedicure done! The color I chose ended up being too light so Anne recommended using another color as the base and put the shiny color I chose on top, it was perfect!! I’ve been looking for a new salon, as the one I had been going to has been declining in service for a while now.Julie and Anne were fantastic. Anne did a wonderful job on my pedicure/massage. I don’t want anyone else touching my cuticles but her.Julie did a great job shaping my nails and didn’t complain or try to dissuade me from doing five different colors.They both did a great job with massages. I felt comfortable. Anne was engaging. I will be back and hope you o bring some friends. Their customer service was stellar.I had a GREAT experience here.
