Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had in hair salon! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Julie did a perm and cut for me. Both were awful. I kept asking if perms are good now and that I would have curls and volume and she said yes. What I got was parts straight hair, part frizzy curls. Terrible haircut. I asked for refund and to speak to the owner and she refused to give me owners number . She refused to refund me my money.
