Critical: CommunicationGreat location, however she constantly runs late and seems rushed because of it. This would be a great place to go if you don’t have a tight schedule and can wait well beyond your scheduled appointment time. I have a tight schedule and make my appointments 6 weeks in advance but after they changed my appointment and then ran late I had no choice but to leave. It would be nice if they let their clients know they are running 1/2 hour or more late in advance. I believe they schedule appointments much too close together which doesn’t allow for them to have any extra time when they are running behind. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityJulia provides the best facial services that I have ever gotten. I was amazed at how much my skin improved once she started treating me and created a perfect home care routine with the products she sells at the spa. 10/10 experience

No complaints with service but very disappointed that they refused to honor the price I was given when I had made the booking. Rather kept insisting that I pay per the new price list. I explained that I was given the price when I made my appointment, and if they wanted to charge me differently than they should have told me that before my appointment. The receptionist was rude and kept repeating the same lines as if I was a 5 year old. Finally a manager stepped in and fixed it. Leaves a very poor taste and sad to see a small local business loose a customer.

I waited to write a review until I completed multiple laser hair removal sessions. I have nothing but great things to say about Julia’s Spa. She is wonderful and answers any questions I have. Her spa is gorgeous and super clean. I highly recommend it!

I have visited Julia’s 6 times for laser treatments and I totally agree with Desiree’s review. Everything she’s said is absolutely true. The spa is lovely to be in and pristine is an understatement. It’s immaculate. Both ladies are as sweet as ever. They both know what they’re doing and their approach to business is smart and their services are innovative. I’m looking forward to their new eyebrow micro-blading service. They’re obtaining extensive state of the art education and I have no doubt, as with other services they offer, they will be meticulous. Don’t hesitate to visit. You’ll be taken care of with the utmost care and kindness.

This is one of the best SPA salons I have ever been. Services are of the highest possible quality and all the products are as well. I can always trust their advice and can be sure that all procedures will be extremely valuable to my skin. Also I wanted to say a huge “thank you” to the owner for keeping this space so crispy clean – I was not able to find a single spot or dust 🙂

I saw difference in my first session itself. She is a delight, so good at her work and very flexible if you have some changes. She also gave me Groupon price so this place is way cheaper than most laser spas. Would recommend to everyone!
