Hair looked amazing by the end of it, but my hair and scalp was burned in the process. My stylist checked her phone, left the salon, took pictures of people who stopped by then came back to do my hair half way through. Hair looked great when I left, but the heat was too high for super wet hair. My hair now smells burnt and is falling out. I’ve never experienced this before. I’ll never come back here. I washed my hair three times and the smell is still there.

They understood exactly what I wanted with my hair, and did a terrific job covering the grays and giving me highlights. The workers, and the owner, had a great attitude, the price was very reasonable, and the Bustelo coffee was a nice touch.
