This is my go-to place to cut my hair. The service is always very friendly and conveniently priced. They’ve had a few not so great hair ladies, but they don’t usually last. I always ask for Isa, who is there most of the time anyway.

The lady who cut my hair did everything I did NOT ask her to do. The manager was extremely rude and sarcastic. When I told her that the employee over cut my hair and cut my bangs when I told her not to touch my bangs she responded with, “do you want me to glue it back.” I use to go there because they would do a good job but after today I was extremely disappointed with the service and lack of management, after she cut off more than a foot of my hair claiming she only cut 2 inches.

I’m pretty sure I interrupted lunch time because no one was there at all and finally someone came from the back room. I showed the lady a pik of a girl with arounded bottom at the ends with layers. She said she could do it and asked if I wanted layers, I said no layers. She had me in the chair all of 4 mins and did a dry cut free hand no sectioning of my hair or anything. One side is rounded the other is v-shape. Waste if money
