Leslie was great. Skilled and polite. However, I was dismayed to learn that the $37 blow dry I thought I was getting was going to be $51, because, when she asked me how I would like my hair styled, I suggested she use a round brush, as that is what I am accustomed to. It turns out that the round brush “technique” is an extra 12 bucks at Julia Grace… I have been getting blow dries for the last 20 years and never in my experience have I been charged for a specific technique (why else would I get one?) particularly the round brush, which is probably the most common technique that has been used on my hair over the years. This strikes me as both misleading and a rip off.
