If you aren’t going here yet, you need to be! Jade is amazingly talented and wonderful to chat with. I have been to nail techs in nearly 17 countries – this salon has the best of each country. I really seriously recommend them. You can book appointments online too which is super convenient.

I was hesitant to try this new salon after reading mixed reviews when they opened, however, I’m extremely glad I gave them a chance! I have been trying so many salons in the area to get the best dip manicure, Julep is hands down the best I’ve found. I’m very picky about how my nails look, especially the quality of shaping and I have 0 complaints. The staff were friendly and personable and the service was excellent. My nails have never looked this good. I would certainly recommend and will be a return client.

I was hesitant to leave a review but after 2 days Of my nails chipping and breaking I decided I have to.. I have gone to this location once before for a pedicure and loved how clean the facility was! The staff was also very nice. Unfortunately my friend and I did not have the same experience the second time. When we arrived at 9am for our appt no staff was there yet. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the nail techs to show up.. only one showed up.. another 15 minutes went by and finally someone came to do my friends pedicure.. I stated I wanted a full set with gel.. the nail tech told me that dip was healthier and wouldn’t do gel, I said fine. However while she started to do my nails she kept burning me with the drill so decided to do acrylic anyway but still wouldn’t do gel… only dip.. that SAME day my nail broke.. day 2 is today and several have broke, chipped, or paint has peeled. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and this has never happened. Very disappointed especially because with my friend and I work we paid over $200. Will not be returning.

Jade at Julep Nails did a great job on my manicure! I had never gotten tips with dip powder and was nervous about how to ask for what I wanted. Jade was really nice and gave me exactly what I wanted! She made sure to ask if I liked the length and shape of my nails and took her time with the design. I will definitely be coming back to this salon!

I wish I could rate zero stars. There were only two customers upon arrival. Me, my sister and mother were hoping to have enjoyed a mini pampering session the day of my sister’s prom. We walked in and asked about availability and were told we could only be serviced by appointment and that they were booked all evening when a sign outside the establishment clearly stated walk ins were welcome. I am highly disappointed as I viewed this action as refusal of service by racial discrimination.

The staff at Julep was very Welcoming. It was my 1st visit and I enjoyed every minute of it. Julep provided a very relaxing atmosphere for my services. They used only the best salon products which met my need. JD was my salon technician and she provided Outstanding services. My plan is to schedule my future visits on Wednesday afternoons at 4:15.
