Worst place I’ve ever been to get a pedicure and manicure. Holy was stunned that I had to sit in a waiting chair to get my toes done. Definitely will not go back. Person took 45 minutes to take of my gel and had to leave and not even get them painted. Other than that, eyebrow wax was good and fast.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis salon is ‘hit or miss’ my daughter had a fabulous haircut and color. She went in for cut and color. I went in for a simple haircut. However after changing our appointment three times at 15 minute increments on the hour we finally arrived for our 2:45 appointments originally scheduled for 2pm. What I found disappointing was they had no empathy for the customer. As a matter of fact the owner was outright rude. I originally went in for a haircut. The salon employee suggested I have s gloss to ‘lift the color’. I am a blonde and after the gloss my hair turned out looking like dishwater. When it was time to pay I said I was disappointed with the gloss. It came out in the opposite way I was led to believe by the Colorist and now it is going to take me longer and more money to fix it. The owners response was shocking. She said “I knew you were rude and ‘one of those types’ “she was offensive- had no empathy. I have never encountered a salon that doesn’t look after or have any understanding for a mistake like this or customers needs in my life. The owners mother, Rita, is a star colorist. Critical: Professionalism, QualityTERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!Jen Kennedy is by no means a color specialist! I went in for a partial blonde highlight and I got a full, all-over brassy orange mess. When I went in for a repair appointment, I quickly realized Jen has no experience with blondes and has no idea what she’s doing which is extremely scary when it comes to your hair. Every suggestion I made she took, who’s the expert here?After wasting a total of 9 hours of my life that I’ll never get back and with the worst die job I’ve ever had in my 25 years of getting my hair done, I called Jewel the owner to request a refund and she hung up on me. When I called back she literally argued with me about how bad my hair was and defended Jen her employee. Wow.
