Loving my nails done by Tina at Juju. She took her time applying these gold foil one ring piece at a time. It was a little of a wait to be seen but what nail salon doesn’t have a wait.

I would give NO STAR but it doesn’t allow. I went in for simple gel color and had to wait an entire hour just for the owner (Juju) to still not be ready for me to get my nails done. I notified her that I already made an appointment in advance but she still made me wait over an hour. After I got tired of waiting, I went up to her and confronted her about this issue and I was told to LEAVE if I was not willing to wait an extra 45 minutes. I was shocked that the owner HERSELF encourages this disrespectful work culture and totally disregards peoples appointments made for their services. I still waited and got my nails done but it was clear the work she did was not worth the excessive wait. I knew then it’d be my first and LAST time. They paid no attention to their waiting costumers. Even my coworkers told me how horrible my gel color looks. And they have limited amount of color and it looks old and dry after only 3 days of getting my nails done here. Ugh that was money wasted!

Horrible service! There’s no point in making an appointment they will literally take a walk in customer 3 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You will sit & wait regardless minimal Of ONE HOUR ! While I was there for nearly 3 hours basically everyone who walked in or had an appointment was told pick nail polish a few minutes. They push all kinds of services to keep you waiting. And after all that they RUSH threw your nails and start on another before your actually done. Unprofessional the place is falling apart and doesn’t even look sanitary.

This was my first time getting any type of tips in about 5 years. Michael did them for me and they look FANTASTIC! I need to get my tips super short and have them grow long so I can get used to them, and he is the only person Ive said that to who didn’t look at me like I had 10 heads, did what I asked and did an amazing job.

Horrible service. The owner was incredibly rude. I came to get a pedicure and 3 days later everything chipped off. I went back to juju to fix it, and all she did was put paint on top of my chipped nails. I asked her to redo the chipped nail and she told me I would have to pay again!! I literally came after I just got it done and shes asking me to pay more just to fix what was chipped?!? Very rude she yelled at me and the way she spoke to me was just HORRIBLE!

Juju always does amazing nails. They hold up for a long time. Yes there might be a wait sometimes for her but she gets so many clients, I don’t blame her. Everyone is cleaning non stop and wiping everything down. If you don’t want to wait long then come in the mornings.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went there to get my nails done fresh set.I had to wait a hour after the time JuJu told me to comeThe only guy that does nails in there at the 3rd chair did my nails. Granted he was awfully nice and did my nails great. Beside the fact that he asked for a tip everything was okay. While doing my nails he had an appointment after for a younger child, every 5 mins she would come and tell him to hurry up she wants to start. I said nothing because that honestly has nothing to do with me . Exactly a week later my nails start peeling off after doing a gel manicure which is insane because they tell you it last for 2 weeks. I go back to let them know and he starts laughing and blaming on the little girl saying that this happens sometimes because it didn’t dry long enough. Completely unacceptable !
