I went here for the first time today. Why did I wait so long? I loved it. Very clean, well lit, and a comfortable atmosphere. I needed a new set of nails put on. Cassidy was my nail technician and I am VERY pleased. She listened to what I wanted and did what I asked. This shop is laid out differently from other nail salons. You have plenty of room. Wheelchair accessible and plenty of parking.

I have tried to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt due to convenience. I guess I just keep getting the wrong technicians. Every time I get something done, I have to return to have something fixed. The last SNS I received two weeks ago, the nails literally started to crack and split down to my natural nail. The pedicure I received on yesterday was a waste of time as the young lady acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. She left old polish around the corners of my toes, cut them down too short and half polished them. I got gel polish and it looks a hot mess. I don’t mind paying for quality service, but this place charges too much for the mediocre service. After I get my pedicure fixed this time, I will not be returning and urge others to do the research if you decide to go here. My entire experience has been very disappointing.

I came for the first time today. I had a pedicure and a full set of solar nails. Everything was great! The facility was very clean, and I saw them sanitizing chairs and tools between clients. The nail tech misunderstood what I wanted for my nails, and immediately fixed it. All of the techs were very friendly. I had high hopes for this place and was disappointed. The guy who did my pedicure was very nice and chatty but he did not do a good job. I had to ask him to fix them and it still wasn’t great so I gave up. I went home and took off the nail polish.

This place lacks professionalism. I have been going to this place for two years when I first moved to Bonaire. The workers hate when you tell them you want your nails or toes done a certain way then proceeds to be rough with yours hands and toes when they are upset. I have had this problem several times since coming to this establishment. Today was my deal breaker when I went to get a simple toe polish with four colors. The lady came and asked me what color I wanted I showed her four different colors to match my nails ( pink, yellow, purple, and orange) she says oh no no we don’t have those colors and tell me to just pick one color. In other words she didn’t want to paint four colors on my toes but instead you lied and said you had none of the most simplest colors at every nail salon. I will not be going back, it’s too many issues everytime I go. Remind you everyone was getting a color book when they walked in even the one who walked in after me but not me.
