Young dude from Virginia did not listen to the cut I wanted. I asked for all the hair on top my head to be cut off bald, and a simple line up with a goat trim. What I ended up with was two razor burns and a fade into two bald spots on my head. The owner asked if I was ok with the cut, I said yes because I didn’t want more razor burns. Wasted $35.00 and had razor burn in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for the first three days. Where do they find these dudes????

First things first, I walk in and just get stared at, a good solid 5 seconds of eye contact with no welcome. Asked for a low skin fade, and got the highest of high and tight as possible. Also asked for eyebrows to get done, and got them done alright. I could fit a ruler between both brows and still wouldn’t reach. Also made them extremely thin, like extremely. Not bad people, just terrible cut/ experience. Unfortunately im too polite so I still tipped, but will never go back.

Seems like these people are there to gossip about each other and would rather walk outside and smoke on a dab pen instead of seat a paying customer who’s been waiting 30 min. for a haircut, SO VERY VERY SAD, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND SLOPPY WAY OF DOING BUSINESS! I definitely do not recommend this place if you like to be treated with respect and your patronage appreciated! The guy caught an attitude cuz I only had a debit card to pay with and he didn’t have the proper payment tool to accept debit/credit cards?????? Last time I checked we livin in the 21st century and there’s an app for that! Needless to say they lost a loyal customer who is proud to pay get your act together and be a business people actually want to visit and spend their hard earned money with you….

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityNot worth the hassle. Can’t meet schedule appt. Asked for a medium fade for my son and he got the highest fade ever with a mop on top.
