Good customer service but I would not go there. Simple manicure I told the nail tech the polish was too thick. She didn’t listen. I ended up leaving there with no nail polish. The pedicure is similar to taking a shower and washing your feet. I would not recommend there.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have been to this location several times, after the first time I was told I could call to make an appointment so that it would eliminate me from having to wait, this was fine initially but over time it became annoying as you would have an appointment for a specific time and you weren’t taken back at that time, sometimes 20 minutes or later without out an explanation nor an apology. Then most recently I called on a a Wednesday trying to book an appointment for the upcoming Saturday and I was told verbatim “Oh we might be booked” unsure if I heard clearly I asked “You might be busy on Saturday and it’s only Wednesday, Zoe replied “yes”! The acrylic is so thin that my nail broke and the polish chiped on my other nails. Horrible this happened after 4 days of getting my nail done. Wasted my money. Acrylic nails

I almost did not come here due to the negative review, I’m glad I took the chance. The service was great, Susan did my nails and did a great job. She was so friendly and definitely made me feel welcomed, she even gave me a lotion as a Christmas gift lol. The only reason why I didn’t give it the full 5 stars is because they only accept cash, it would be nice for them to accept credit or debit cards so that you don’t have to run to the atm next door. I definitely plan on returning

I went to do my nails and one of my rhinestones fell out immediately and they wanted to charge me 2 dollars for one little rhinestone that they didn’t put on properly. In addition to that the day i got my nails done for the style i wanted he gave me an attitude and was really rude and aggressive when doing them. Really poor customer service. Really disappointed

I live in Brooklyn and will strictly ONLY visit this nail salon and nowhere else. Yes 2 hour travel time is a must just for my nails. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful.
