I have been living in this country for 15 years, and I had never done my nails with anyone else, since I have always done it myself. But today, I decided to give Yudy’s Nail Spa a try, located at 239 N Walnut ave in Cookeville. I must say that my experience has been incredible. this place is so cozy that while makayla was doing my nails i fell asleep three times, because Makayla has angel hands. I must add that both the owner and the rest of the workers are extremely kind and attentive. I recommend this wonderful place to everyone, because it is a corner of peace and harmony, I assure you that you will be treated like royalty.

They are always spot on with my nails! Judy (the owner) is very friendly and I enjoy chatting with her while she does my nails! And Kim does a fabulous job on my waxes! (I get my legs and eye brows). And have had 3 different techs give me a pedicure and they all did a fantastic job! Best nail salon in Cookeville!

I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment today. I didn’t have to wait when I arrived. Judy was so kind and helped me pick exactly what I wanted, she’s a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. She took her time with my nails and carefully sculpted them into the perfect shape. I am so happy with my experience at Judy’s! I’ve been searching for a salon leading up to my wedding in November. I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment today. I didn’t have to wait when I arrived. Judy was so kind and helped me pick exactly what I wanted, she’s a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. Love most of the girls there they do a great job on pedicures and nails. Emily did my daughter’s nails today and she did exactly what she wanted (which was ombre) and isn’t easy but made her super happy. We were very happy with her work and would recommend her. Ther place as a whole is very nice inside, very home light atmosphere. The only part that threw me off was the slight rushing feeling and unfriendliness by the owner. Otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars from us.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIf I could give them zero stars, I would as I wasn’t even helped. I made an appointment at 10:30a for a 1p pedicure. I was seated in my chair a little before 1p and at 1:35p I still had not even been spoken to. My water had gotten cold and as I got up, the lady helping another customer asked if I was leaving. I told her I had an appointment at 1p and still hadn’t been helped. She was so sweet but other than her, I received no service which equals TERRIBLE service. Judy, please don’t offer appointments if you can’t fulfill them. Furthermore, if you are running behind, communicate with your customers. I came to Judy’s about a week ago, booking a super last minute appointment after work. The staff was so engaging and made sure I was taken care of! My acrylics were weak and thin from the nail salon I used to go to but at Judy’s they told me what the problem was and to not worry with my new set. The atmosphere is so welcoming and you can tell Ms. Judy and all of her staff are so passionate about serving others. I can’t wait to go back to see them again! 🙂
