I went in for a nail polish change. Thats it. I have acrylics already with a specific shape. When i was done they were all a different shape. Then just only 3 days later my gel polish peels off on three nail. There was nail polish all over my fingers. It was just horrible. What a waste of money. Gel manicures

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went in today cause my mom and I had an appointment that we set up since week ago and they we’re very unprofessional !! They yelled at my mom and did someone else nails first who didn’t have an appointment and was a walk-in and our appointment was at 10am in the morning and we arrive there at 9:50am. I would recommend not to come here they’re very unprofessional they’re not very sanitary. I went in today cause my mom and I had an appointment that we set up since week ago and they we’re very unprofessional !! They yelled at my mom and did someone else nails first who didn’t have an appointment and was a walk-in and our appointment was at 10am in the morning and we arrive there at 9:50am. I would recommend not to come here they’re very unprofessional they’re not very sanitary. If I can give them zero stars I would!!!!!

I went for a pedicure and two acrylic nails in my toes, she did the acrylic nails before she started the pedicure, she only cut the cuticle and said the nail was already clean, I askes her to first clean all the corners and then do the acrylic work, but she didn’t! Now I have a half pedicure

This place is awful the nail polishes are old and rusty. The bathroom was dirty and smelled really bad. And to top it all off they don’t know how to do a simple pedicure mind you this place is not cheap.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueFirst off all the one at the first desk near the door has to get off the phone. Every time I have cane to this place she is on her phone while doing someone nails.Very unprofessional.Secondly, this place needs to be checked by the sanitation department. I just filed a report yesterday with LAHD.
