HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE! I showed the nail tech (who I will not name) what I wanted. I wanted a French tip V shaped with lines going along the inside edges…doesn’t seem too hard right? I ask if she could do it. She said yes…first of all, she cut my nails short, didn’t check with me what shape I wanted and cut it in a boxy shape. That’s fine but at least make sure it’s straight! It’s not even cut straight! She attempted the V French tip…key work “ATTEMPTED”. It was sloppy, the V wasn’t centered and the lines were uneven and shaky. To make matters worse she kept pushing me to add on crystals for each finger saying it’ll be ok if I do. NO MA’AM THIS IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! PLUS SHE WAS PRIBABLY GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE CRYSTALS TO HIDE HER HORRENDOUS JOB! I told her this was no where close to what I wanted and asked her to just take them all off. My friend who went with me, her daughter chose a color, and the lady asked if I wanted to do fading. I ask “can you do fading?” She replies yes..anyway this place rushes you doesn’t take the time to ask you what you want, other places I’ve been to ask through out “is this ok?” Never once was I asked this even though she kept looking at me look at my nails and not happy. Even the friend I was with said her technician kept rushing her. DO NOT GO HERE! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY!!! Now I gotta spend more money to go somewhere else to correct this subpar mess she left on my nails. HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE!

Went in to do a mani with gel nails. The color I chose was faded burgundy, today it looks like burnt orange. Showed the guy at the shop and he said that’s how it suppose to look like. I called earlier and ask what would cause the color to change. He said the nails didn’t dry good. Mind you, I like my technician but seems like she was rushing because she applied 2 coats of nail polish, did the other hand my and left it in the dryer for 15 sec because I counted how long it was in. It wasn’t dry at all. I did a pedicure with hot stone and a manicure with gel. I walked in at 2:01 pm and walked out at 2:46pm. That was the most I ever paid for a mani gel and hot stone pedicure with the shortest time to do my service. Btw: she said gel will last long, it’s been 2 days and my polish is peeling off.

Been going there previously but wanted somewhere closer to Nanakuli. Bad mistake ! Went to a well known and recommended place on Westside and regretted it! Bad gel job came chipping in a month! So today went back cuz Judy’s is so much more worth any gas hike or traveling! I got my Christmas nails and snowflake designs! Judy and David are such nice people too! Go there I promise you won’t regret it! Happy Holidays to them!

Based on my experience I would advise anyone coming here to be warned. I went for fill in and it cost $50. This is not a $50 set of nails. I voiced my concerns throughout the whole process and she tried her best to fix them but I am not satisfied whatsoever. She was so nice and I felt so bad because she seemed to be struggling. I asked to speak with someone about lowering the price but there was much hesitation from them and I didn’t want it to blow up to a big thing so I just ended up paying for a service I hated ♀️. I’m sure there are nail techs here who do a great job but I did not get the pleasure to experience that. I felt like I was this nail techs first ever customer. I would’ve been ok paying less than $30 for these nails.

They’re nice but that’s about it. Not transparent or trustworthy. Not good at nails. Way overpriced and low quality work. What they charge doesn’t match their menu even when they try to convince you it’s that much. And $6 charge for using a card. Wish I did more research before coming here. Wont be back. Pedicure, Manicure
