I have lived in Arcadia for 3 years. During this period I get my haircut there all the times and Judy’s skill never disappoints me. Judy is a easy-going and talkative woman, and she can speak several languages. All the stylists there are friendly and welcoming. The price of man’s haircut is $9 (not sure about the girl’s), a pretty decent price. I highly recommend that you try Judy salon and im sure you will leave very satisfied. Remember to make a appointment two hours before you go.

I got a very cute trim here earlier this year. There was no wait and Judy made sure the cut was perfectly even. It was also super cheap, I forgot how much but something like $20 for a shampoo, cut, and style. I loved it and I would definitely return.

Judy is excellent with her scissors and her fee is reasonable. If you really want a good style come in a time when the traffic isn’t so busy. She jumps from one to another and back. Don’t like that.
