I loved my experience here. Went for the first time a few weeks ago as a walk-in with a picture reference of what I wanted done. Tam did my nails and was super nice and gentle while doing my nails, the experience didn’t hurt like it has getting them done at other places. The complimentary drink was also nice. I love the way my nails came out and i will definitely be returning when I’m ready for a new set ❤️

I go to get my nails and feet done for the relaxing experience. This salon is LOUD and either has the show the Voice blasting with screaming audiences or videos of full carcasses being hacked up in a foreign place. Bones cracking and all. My pedicure lady wasn’t strong enough to actually massage my feet or legs. She set a timer and kept staring at it. My heels were barely treated. I do like the owners but the atmosphere needs to be enjoyable. We pay a lot of money for services and it should not be stressful with noise and over booking.

I had to stop coming here because it became apparent they are the nicest when you’re a new customer or don’t raise concerns about ANYTHING. If you even ask for them to make little adjustments to their work, like file a little more or really say how you feel in general- no matter how you word it- it’s taken offensively to varying degrees. Over time, slowly but surely, you’re no longer greeted as if they are happy to see you, no complementary drink is offered and the owner will take his sweet time doing your nails to where it’s obvious he’s making you wait intentionally. It’s one thing if he’s answering the phone or doing things while my nails have to soak, but it’s overdone. I’m talking about taking over an hr for fills when it’s not even busy because he’s randomly checking his phone, sending texts or just deciding to get up and walk for who knows what because he doesn’t excuse himself or ever apologize (this is sometimes all in ONE sitting too). The most heartbreaking was walking in and witnessing other customers greeted like royalty and your treated like your presence ruined their day. It’s all good though, lesson learned and things happen for a reason.

The gentleman that did my nails was very nice and the nails were shaped and designed almost identically to what I asked and that was because I wanted white lines instead of silver. The salon was clean and I would most definitely come back. I normally take my nails of within two weeks but these nails were so well done that they’re in perfect condition, my natural nail has grown out a bit but they still look nice!

1 week after receiving my service- my nails started cracking, breaking and tearing BAD. I’ve been getting gel nails on and off for about 7 years. I haven’t had a manicure in some months because we just moved here and my nails were long and strong prior to my manicure, I’ve NEVER had this issue in the past 7 years. My nails are tearing from my skin. My pinky nail is half gone because it’s torn so bad. Several of my other nails have torn off of the nail bed itself as well. I’ve had 5 of my nails wrapped up in bandaids trying to keep them from tearing down further. Like I said, this has never happened to me before and I don’t do anything with my hands that would warrant such damage. I’m in so much pain and I can’t do really anything without my nails tearing even more and now I have open wounds on my nail beds so I can’t have anyone fix them.

They were really nice they got a sale going on right now for 20% off. So my nails was a little cheap but it was really expensive also the experience there was great. I had a nice conversation with my nail tech I think it was the owner also they did an amazing job. One thing I hate about going to most places is they cut the cuticle. I mean it cut a little bit but he really took his time and make sure it didn’t. I like that he kept asking me as the process went by if I like it. absolutely positively the best work. I’m so mad that I didn’t have some cash on me. He did an amazing job.
