Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been coming to Judith for years to do touch-ups for my perm, and recently she’s been charging more than what was agreed to at the time the appointment was made for services. I made sure to specify that I needed a trim with my service when making my appointment, and was still not told of an extra fee. When it is brought to her attention, instead of correcting the error, apologizing, or trying to come to a compromise, she denies the original price that was agreed to and continues to overcharge. This same issue happened with my mom, which is why she has stopped coming here for services, and will now be the reason I stop coming. This is not only disappointing, it is unprofessional and greedy.
