I have been getting my haircut at the center location for a few years. Service has always been great. The last two times I’ve had my haircut the price does not match up with what I signed up for. This time I specifically received just a haircut. No washing, no shave, nothing extra. The cut a signed up for was 21 dollars… I was charged 28 bucks. You guys need to be upfront on what the cost is going to be if the quoted price is not the price. I’m sure this is pressure from management…. Please address this or I will not be using your service again. One more shot… I’ll update after my next cut. Again the service is great. Pricing the last two times is way too high for what I signed up for at my appointment.
