Had Brandie cut my hair at the Muskegon Harvey location, and I have to say – probably the best haircut I’ve had in years. It’s not easy to find someone who can fade my hair the way I want, and she knew just how to keep it mid-length, while leaving the top a little longer. She also thoroughly went through after and cleaned up every spot before she was finished. Very easy to talk to, great sense of humor, and all around fun personality to be around. Outstanding service in every way!

This Jude’s Barbershop is in a great location that is easy to get to. I like being able to make appointments online and modify as needed. For being a chain, they do a really great job paying attention to detail and not rushing the haircut. Sometimes appointments run 5-10 minutes long and I have to wait, but I don’t find that to be a big deal. I would recommend making an appointment vs walking in because there might not be an open chair. I always schedule my appointment with Brandie who is extremely nice and does a really good job with a faded cut.

Is it the intent of this place to make money? I walked in today while there was one person getting a hair cut and one person waiting… that’s a total of three customers and the one getting the cut was almost done. There were two employees. I was told to come back in four hours if I wanted a hair cut becuase I did not have any appointment. But they didn’t have anyone there. Then when I went to leave without making an appointment they want me to take there card as if I was going to become a customer after just being turned away. What a joke, I’ll never go back there again. I have never been to a barber shop that didn’t want my business.
