I have been getting my hair cut at this location for a while now and I have never had a bad experience until today. It takes me 30 minutes to get there not including a bunch of construction along the way. I ended up getting there 6 minutes late to my appointment with Trish and she immediately turned me away and made it a point that I was late. She came off very rude and told me that her next customer was waiting in the parking lot so she couldn’t cut my hair. I would happily wait 6 minutes for someone else under similar circumstances. I realize I was late but come on, 6 minutes is not that long and Trish was very disrespectful. The rest of the hairdressers at this location are polite and kind but I would not recommend getting service from Trish.
