This review is for the nail woman that works at this salon. Her name is Nancy. I was hoping to really like this place. I’ve been coming here for the last 9 months but this was my final straw. I had my nails done three days ago and look at the pictures! Horrible job! How could you let your client leave with nails looking like this?

I’ve been coming here for over 7 years to do my hair and Lori is great. I love that I don’t have to get into the nitty gritty details of what color, shade, tone I want in my hair because she’s gotten to know me so well she knows my likes enough to decide, that trust is amazing. Sonik is amazing with extensions and she’s great to chat with. All the staff there is nice though I’m probably biased because they all know me by know. They do have great customer service and will offer coffee, tea, water, or wine if you want to relax. I love this place and am a very loyal customer.

Nail Salon in the back of this salon is superb! The manicurist is Nancy and she’s been doing my nails for over a year now. She’s great with customers and always seems to remember what’s going on in my life. Unlike other nail salons, she actually connects and talks to her customers, which I love! Also, her prices are very reasonable for being located in Pasadena.

I’ve been going to Sonik for years now. I started with eyebrow threading, and moved on to hair. As a mixed race woman, that’s a big deal. What makes Sonik exceptional is that where listens to me, and never pushes her own agenda onto my face and head, and she is willing to be creative when I ask her to take liberties. We spend hours laughing together as well. I’ve lived in 3 different states, and still made sure to come back to her. I currently live 6 hours away, and still come back to her. And the prices are reasonable. Especially for the gorgeous end result.
