First of the they were very nice..Now before I got my hair braided I specifically asked if my hair was going to look exactly like the picture. I was told yes. And I said exactly like the picture and once again she said yes..So the girl starting doing my hair. When she was done it looked nothing like the picture I showed them. I told them I do not like it, it is nothing like the picture. She tried to reassure me that it was exactly like the picture and I’m like no it isn’t. So feel like I wasted all that money on a hair do that was not like the picture I showed them. I’m mad, pissed, frustrated, and embarrassed.. I will not return there..I would love to take it out. But because I paid all the money for a hair that I did not request. This is horrible..They didn’t even offer a reduced price after I told them I did not like it. Now I have to find someone to fix it. How do I do that when my head is so so soar. Really my only option is to take them out, but because of how much I paid for them is the only reason for me to keep them in..I try to things the right by paying them. I understand you got to make a living. But when you don’t get what you want the pain that I am in isn’t worth it..i wish that I could get my money back..I paid for a hair do that I didn’t even get.. Now that really pissed me off. I can’t sleep. They did offer me a discount on my next visit. There won’t be another visit..I’m done. I even told them that I don’t get my hair braided that this is my second time. I probably won’t trust anybody else to braid my hair. Took to advil it did not do anything..it looks like I will be taking it out anyway…Just a waste of my money…So if you go be careful..

Terrible experience I scheduled an appointment and I guess it was to late in the day for the lady’s liking I asked for 10 straight back braids with hair added she told me one price in the phone than tried to raise the price after I was already thei and told me basically to pay 100 dollars for 10 braids and she was rushing and had to keep redoing the outside braids and I ended up with a bit sore in the middle of my head and not even a week later it’s already coming apart and not holding up. And I can’t forget the worst part she tried to tell me to give here a ride home halway done with my hair and by this time it’s about 9:30 at night very unprofessionalI terrible terrible experience would never recommend anyone I know to go there
