I went to get an Ombré done on my hair, I showed a picture to the owner and asked her if she could do it and she told me yes, long story short I was there for 8 hours and ended up having burned damaged and ORANGE hair… never apologized and still charged me for the worst service I’ve ever received at a Salon!
