Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI am very satisfied with nails. I can’t remember the man’s name who did my nails but he did really good work! Also, I brought both of my babies with me (2yr & 6mo) and the staff was very patient and kind, so that’s a huge plus! The environment was clean and the prices aren’t outrageous. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly technicians, clean, fair pricing. My 2 girls and I were in and out with full manicures in an 1hr and 20min . they did an absolutely wonderful job on our nails! I haven’t been this pleased with the end results like I was after my visit here. I will definitely be a returning customer and will definitely recommend to others!!

My friend and I went to get pedicures. She had a tech named Ryan and received a fabulous pedicure. The tech that started my pedicure rushed through it so fast I had to wait about 15-20 minutes on my friend. My tech would continually stand up and check the door. Apparently, he had an appt and was rushing through my pedicure to be done in time for his appt. He left for his appt and his wife had to finish. Why did he even begin when he couldn’t actually do my pedicure right? Definitely not worth the $50.

Pedicure was great! The worse and I mean worse manicure I every had nails are not smooth didn’t have me wash my hands before applying clear nail polish no oil for cuticles no lotion either had to ask for lotion when done my hands were so dry! Nothing worse than being charged for a full service and get less than half. Had eyebrows waxed never tweezed the small hairs in the arch that the wax can’t get!!!! Won’t go back and will not ever refer!

Took my 7 year old daughter in for a pedicure for her birthday and price for child pedicure was 20 but now with costs going up its 25 and then she had glitter polish put on her toe nails and when all finished I was charged $45!!! I said WHAT the lady said yes the glitter polish for her was an additional $20 I told the lady that I will never go back again thats outrageous for a 7 year old pedicure and nails painted. I went to another place and they only would have charged me $15 and also has a little kid chair for her to sit comfortably in. I was upset we also waited an hour before she even could get started. NECER AGAIN!!!!
