Having owned a small business I hesitated to review this business. I was a new customer. Had a wonderful experience first time around. Very clean, professional and friendly. Manicure was awesome. Had French dip. Actually lasted beyond expectations. Not so lucky second time. Had a different tech but same manicure. Unfortunately I had problems from the start. By the time I got home 2 nails had bubbled. Called and went back in to have them fixed. Took 2 try’s to get them smooth. Within a couple more days the tips started chipping in the corners and the topcoat started peeling off. Unfortunately I was only able to reach out a week and 2 days after manicure. Was told dip should last 2 to 3 weeks and some products just hold up better than others. They’d be happy to fix now but at my expense since it was over a week. Would have at least appreciated having them looked at. Needless to say I won’t return. Customer service is very important. Particularly for a small business.

I booked a pedicure appointment for 1:45 p.m. online, and was called by the salon around noon asking if I could come in at 1:30 p. m. I checked with my ride and found out I could so I called them back and said I’d be there. My appointment did not actually start until 1:50 p.m., and lasted 10 minutes past the hour that was allotted. I had hoped to have a paraffin treatment but apparently the Department of Health won’t let them do that so I had a collagen treatment instead, and it was very good. Amy, The nail tech who worked on me, did a nice job and in the end I am satisfied with my toes. I am a blind person who uses a long cane and there was no difficulty getting around the salon. It looked very pretty and very bright in contrast to the previous owners. I really do like the online booking feature, but I hope they just stick with the time that are offered in the future.

I went to JT nails for the first time for a fill with gel polish 2 weeks ago. My nail tech I’ve been going to for years moved away on me and I was devastated, I tried another salon and was not happy with their services and I forgot I had a gift card for JTs. I bit the bullet and made an appt with Ryan and he was super friendly, did my design on point and not one nail has popped off or lifted. Getting ready to make my next appt as we speak. Everyone in the salon is very nice.
