Critical: QualityThe first pic is what my baby wanted, the second pic is what she got.. I went back in to confront the owner which advised he was the one that worked on her nails then he advised he’s being doing nails for 30 years. THE SECOND PIC IS WHAT HE DID, THOSE NAILS ARE DESPICABLE!! Arguing with this slum owner did no good, he really thought his work was brilliant. He did a garbage job and charged $100 for her pedicure and the nails, AND THE STONES FELL OFF ONE HAND AN HOUR LATER.. J&T in Florida City will never EVER get another dime from me. That was their 3rd time ruining our nights. So the third pic I took her to NAIL DEN and she perfected my daughter nails it was her bday and there was no way she could enjoy her night with the second pic. .. the 3rd pic was done today and they look WONDERFUL! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’m a man, 40 years of age and this was the first time in my life getting a pedicure. I brought my wife here to get a mani-pedi and she have been asking me to get one with her for years. The young lady who did my pedicure was very professional and kept the conversation going the whole time. I was entertain and I love the outcome, my feet never looked and feel so good. I give them a 10 out of 10. I’m a man, 40 years of age and this was the first time in my life getting a pedicure. I brought my wife here to get a mani-pedi and she have been asking me to get one with her for years. The young lady who did my pedicure was very professional and kept the conversation going the whole time. I was entertain and I love the outcome, my feet never looked and feel so good.
