Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve gone to JTs for years but no more. They seem to have high turnover and the last person who cut my hair was unprofessional, disagreeable, reeked if cigarette smoke, kept getting a round brush tangled in my hair and when I left, told me if I wasn’t happy with my hair that I had to stay and get it fixed right then and there. I honestly wondered if she even had a license.I have a pretty basic cut, so it was ok. They seem to have high turnover and the last person who cut my hair was unprofessional, disagreeable, reeked if cigarette smoke, kept getting a round brush tangled in my hair and when I left, told me if I wasn’t happy with my hair that I had to stay and get it fixed right then and there.
