J’s Platinum Cuts Barber Shop

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMade a 30 minute drive to get a cut , barber was not in the shop. Owner called and got him on the phone, barber said he would be there in 15 min.. So, I waited for another 1hr. 20 min. he did not show. Owner did not offer to cut me, I drove back to Rock Hill with no cut. That shows me that there’s no professionalism, and that the owner has no control of his barbers. Seems like if he gets his money for their rent for their chairs, he says nothing.
