Critical: ProfessionalismI knocked on the door and the lady that answered, closed the door in my face, after I told her I didn’t have an appointment. I knocked again, and someone named Kimberely answered. I told her I want to schedule an appointment and asked for the price on a gel mani/pedi and told her to take down my information. She asked for my phone number of which I gave her and I asked for a business card of which she reluctantly gave me. She told me the phone was easier. I told her I’m standing here, right now and I don’t have my phone present but I can get my mask and come back to write my info down. Once I returned, she had locked the door and I had to knock twice before she let me in. She mentioned my phone again, I asked her do you want to make some money? She rolled her eyes. She handed me a piece of paper so, I wrote down my info. I asked two ladies how was the service because the photos looked good. They replied it’s good. Kimberely told me, I think you should go somewhere else. I told her that’s fine but you should have told me that before I came back with my mask. I asked her to give me the papar with my information and told her, you should not be offended because I asked about the quality of the work and walked out. No people skills! I knocked on the door and the lady that answered, closed the door in my face, after I told her I didn’t have an appointment. I knocked again, and someone named Kimberely answered.
