I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I paid $5 extra than the listed price, not including tip, for both services I got. NONE of my nails were the same shape when the lady was done. Got in quickly but then left to sit at a station for over 10 minutes with no , I’ll be right back, or nothing. Quickly rushed through a VERY basic manicure, then he just got up and walked away. Again no conversation at all. The young lady who painted my nails was quick but again no conversation. Just push my hand away when she wanted me to put it under the light. So I would normally tip $10, even for an over priced manicure, but I only left $2.

Got there at 330 as a walk in. 1 pedicure in front of me, she was half way done. I had to wait almost a full hour to get my pedi started… I asked for a classic pedi $37 + $5 inflation charge… she talked me into a pedi that was $10 more to file down calluses. I agreed. She literally scrubbed my feet with a pumice for 30 seconds… that was the extra $10… she kept leaving to help other people. Not communicating. I did get gel polish. I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant. My baby shower this weekend. This was supposed to be a great experience for me.. it was not. I had the long wait and then completely rushed through the pedi. I wanted to cry. Worst experience I’ve ever had getting a pedi. Get to the register to check out. $73 for a PEDICURE! I will NEVER be back. Ever.

I would rate this a zero they lied about the prices of the nails. And they were being really rough with our nails. They over charged, they charged for triming each nail 5 dollars. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI usually go to Diamond nails. But the last time i went in they were kind of mean to me and I did not feel comfortable. Well like 2 days after i got my nails done 2 of them broke. But Sunday i have one that really broke and hurt so bad. I decided to go to JS insted just to test it out and with the services offered as well as the people who work there and their education and techniques on nail care I will be coming here for now on. I usually go to Diamond nails. But the last time i went in they were kind of mean to me and I did not feel comfortable. Well like 2 days after i got my nails done 2 of them broke. But Sunday i have one that really broke and hurt so bad. I decided to go to JS insted just to test it out and with the services offered as well as the people who work there and their education and techniques on nail care I will be coming here for now on. Such a great nail salon and definitely worth every penny and more!
