Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment for 9:00 am. I received an appointment confirmation via text the morning of my appointment. When I arrived there was no one in the facility. I waited 15 minutes after 9:00 and no one showed up. I didn’t get a text or an explanation as to why they never showed up for my scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional.
