Honestly it’s hit or miss. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a tech that knows what their doing. If you’re not, you’ll waste your money. Some of the techs are absolute sweethearts that do great work! Unfortunately others rush, act annoyed, and skip steps. You can’t really request a specific person because you never end up with that person you request. They also charge extra for everything, with already exceptionally higher price point than competing salons. One time they charged me extra per nail because i used different solid colors (no design) on each nail. You don’t get an itemized receipt so the pricing is always sketchy. Before, I have had nails done by certain techs at J blossom that lasted 4 weeks. I got my nails done recently last week and they’re already broken. Really disappointed as I really wanted to love this salon but they’re very inconsistent.

I got my nails done by Jody. She was extremely detailed and professional. She made sure my nails are exactly the way I wanted them. She took the time to ask what shape, color, and style that I wanted. I arrived earlier than my appointment and they took me right away, I didn’t have to wait. I got the French manicure with my natural nails. Jody helped filed my nails down to make sure all my nails are all the same shape. She took her time to make sure the white tips are all even and smooth. I loved the results. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get their nails done.

My new nail spot. It’s a very well decorated place that truly does feel like a spa experience when you get your treatment done. There is ample staff to accommodate your needs and make this a relaxing experience. I always get a simple color on my nails but their nail technicians can get fancy with their designs to give you the elaborate designs you would want. I highly recommend this place and make sure you get an appointment before coming as they get very busy!

I really liked the professionalism and everything seemed really clean. My pedicure was great, but I observed others to have a much more elaborate one, if given the option I would have chosen it… Since no one gave me a choice I assumed I’d be getting the same thing as the others, and was a bit disappointed when this didn’t happen.

My experience wasn’t perfect but it was pretty close!! The workers are gentle and don’t force small talk. The salon is beautifully decorated and very inviting. They don’t play music too loud and the nail stations aren’t too close together. The only bad part of the experience was I got hurt a few times with the cuticle clippers and drill but she was very apologetic so I didn’t mind too much. It’s pretty affordable as well.

Sophie did a fantastic job on my nails! I’ve had issues with lifting after appointments at other shops, but I’m two weeks out with no lifts. Highly recommend.
